Refund & Cancellation Policy – Khomlainai

Last Updated: 01.01.2026

Khomlainai follows a transparent and fair approach towards payments made for registrations, training programmes, demonstrations, workshops, and championships. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, if any, may be considered.

All registration fees, training fees, event participation charges, and related payments made to Khomlainai are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, as they are used for administrative preparation, logistics, and programme execution.

In the event that a training programme, demonstration, or championship is cancelled by the organising authority due to unavoidable circumstances, Khomlainai may, at its discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, or adjustment of the paid amount against a future programme.

No refunds shall be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, disqualification, rule violations, withdrawal after registration, or failure to meet eligibility or medical requirements.

In case of force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, or circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, Khomlainai shall not be liable for any refund.

Donations made towards the promotion and development of Khomlainai are voluntary and shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

All refund-related decisions made by the Khomlainai organising authority shall be final and binding.
